The challenge

Paying a bill or fine is often perceived as an unwelcome chore. EatMyBill wanted to strengthen the new brand experience through sound cues that offer positive feedback at key user touchpoints.

The objective was to create a sound that evokes a sense of satisfaction, resembling the relief felt when clearing a bill that has been pending for a while, while ensuring the audio remains clear and functional.

The solution

Sonic Minds designed an interaction sound tailored for payment completions that also functions as EatMyBill’s audio signature.

The resulting sound provides feedback for successful transactions, offering a distinct auditory cue during key moments in the user journey.

The custom interaction sound provides EatMyBill with a subtle sonic identity that improves user feedback during transactions.

Because app interaction sounds play a direct role in user experience, implementing purposeful audio helps EatMyBill deliver a consistent brand presence across all digital interactions.
