AI solutions

AI is changing how music is made. At Sonic Minds, we’ve thought carefully about where it fits — and where it doesn’t.

AI is a powerful tool. It is not a replacement for human creativity, taste, or strategic thinking.

AI and music

A tool,
not a replacement

Just as drum machines didn’t eliminate drummers — they expanded what was musically possible — we use AI to enhance creativity, speed, and precision across our work.

Effective audio strategy still depends on human insight, taste, and collaboration. Real musicianship remains essential for nuance, emotional intent, and the fine-grained adjustments that AI cannot consistently deliver. The strategy, emotion, and craftsmanship always land where they need to because of our human team.

How we apply AI

How do we
approach AI

Ideation & concept testing

We use AI to test concepts, spark alternatives, and rapidly explore directions for different music purposes — giving our team more creative ground to work with before committing to a direction.

Stylistic variations

In production, we can feed one of our own composed tracks into AI to generate multiple stylistic variations. We always start from music we’ve written — ensuring artistic intent is baked in from the start.

Rights & ownership

The landscape around AI-generated music and rights is complex. At Sonic Minds, we only use AI to create ideas and variations based on music made by us — ensuring we fully control usage and rights for every deliverable.

“AI helps us move faster and explore more, while our human team ensures the strategy, emotion, and craftsmanship, land exactly where they need to.”
