Sell power of sound

You’ll identify and connect with brands that could benefit from sonic branding, introducing them to the strategic value of sound. From initial outreach to closing deals, you’ll guide potential clients through our process, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop proposals and present solutions. Your role is to spot opportunities, build relationships, and help brands understand how audio can transform their identity and customer experience.

The journey ahead

Your journey as a Sonic Minds associate is designed to support you at every stage. From your first month of onboarding through to becoming a senior team member, you’ll have clear milestones, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow.

Month 1 / Onboarding and foundations

Your journey begins with onboarding, learning about our culture, and building your foundation in sales. You’ll get practical training in outreach methods, start planning your strategy, and identify the companies you want to target. This first month is all about setting you up for success.

Months 2 & 3 / Skill-building & first wins

During these months, you’ll deepen your sales skills, sharpen your outreach, and put theory into practice. You’ll host your first qualified meetings, with close guidance and feedback from us. By the end of this stage, you’ll be confident in leading conversations with potential clients.

Month 3 onward / Full team member

From here, you’re no longer in training, you’re part of the team. You’ll participate in regular associate meetings, share insights with peers around the world, and steadily build your way toward higher levels of performance.

Level B / Milestone stage

At Level B, you’ve successfully delivered results and demonstrated consistency. You’ll unlock a base salary in addition to commissions, recognizing your proven ability to bring in opportunities and close deals.

Level C / Advanced stage

Reaching Level C means you’ve become a high-performing associate with strong client relationships and a track record of closing significant deals. At this stage, you’re operating with a high degree of independence, working closely with senior leadership, and shaping the growth of our business.

Stage 2 — Video interview (25 minutes)

We’ll meet virtually to discuss your experience, goals, and how you’d approach representing Sonic Minds. This is your chance to ask questions and learn more about the role.

Stage 3 – Personality test (10 minutes)

A brief assessment that helps us understand your working style and strengths. There are no right or wrong answers—just be yourself.

Stage 4 — Pre-onboarding challenge (30 minutes)

Complete a practical task that reflects real aspects of the role. This gives you a taste of what you’ll be doing and shows us how you think and problem-solve.

Stage 5 — Welcome aboard!

You’ve made it! We’ll send you onboarding materials, schedule your first team meeting, and get you set up for success from day one.

Frequently asked questions

How much can I earn as a sales associate?

Your earnings depend on your stage as a sales associate. Compensation is commission-based and tied to the deals you close, plus proposal fees for qualified appointments. Top performers earn substantial income, and once you reach Level B, you’ll also receive a base salary in addition to commissions.

Do I need previous experience in sonic branding?

No sonic branding experience is required. We’re looking for sales professionals with drive and curiosity about creative industries. We provide comprehensive training on sonic branding, our services, and how to communicate value to potential clients. Your sales skills and motivation matter more than technical knowledge.

How much time do I need to commit?

This is a flexible, remote role where you set your own schedule. However, success requires consistent effort—most successful associates dedicate 10-25 hours per week to outreach, meetings, and follow-ups. The more time and effort you invest, the greater your potential earnings.

What support will I receive?

You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, access to our sales materials and case studies, regular training sessions, and ongoing support from our team. You’ll also join a global community of associates for peer learning and collaboration. Our creative and strategy teams work with you on proposals and client presentations.

When do I get paid?

Commission payments are processed after client projects are invoiced and paid. Proposal fees are also based on invoicing. Payment terms and commission structures are detailed in your associate agreement, with clear milestones and expectations outlined from the start.

Can I work from anywhere in the world?

Yes! Our associates work from over 20 countries worldwide. As long as you have reliable internet, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed, you can work from anywhere. We value local market knowledge, so being based in your target region is an advantage.

What if I don’t close any deals in my first months?

Sales takes time, and we understand that. Our structured onboarding and training program is designed to set you up for success. We provide ongoing coaching and support to help you improve your approach and increase your success rate.
